Joy - A Blogging Buddy

This is KJ on the left, with her partner Janet.  Sitting at MY kitchen table!!!  Blogging is all about reaching out and discovering a world beyond your front door.  That is how KJ and I discovered each other.   Never believe blogging friends aren't "real".  They are as real as it gets.  Look how lucky I got.  Two wonderful friends that I love dearly and are now part of my life.

Reach out and hug someone.
This is my eleventh hug to you.
Pass it on.

  1. ah linda, likewise, ditto and the feeling is mutual. funny that you posted this today because as you were doing that, it seems i was packaging a little something for the mail. something handmade by women in haiti earning enough, $ 40 a year, to send a child to school. i think you will enjoy.

  2. Hi Linda! I was hoping you would do a post about KJ and JB's visit! I know how much they both enjoyed meeting you....and what a fabulous hostess you were!

I know your feelings about meeting blogging friends..... it is wonderful! I think it's because we all reveal our real selves on our blogs....so when we finally have the opportunity to meet in person...there are no surprises....we are as we are... it's just great!

Sending you warm holiday hugs from rainy San Francisco!

Happy Holidays and may 2011 bring you health and joy!

  4. kj,

LOVED the visit and LOVE the Haitian coasters! They are perfect. Thanks again.
Can't wait to see you two again.

    Robin!

I am going to look you up next time I get to San Fransisco. My family all went to MOMA and the the Elploratorium. Also got to see a REAL Andy Goldsworthy at the Presidio. I adore your city. We go every time I visit Sacramento.

    Big hugs,
    Linda

    Blogitse!

I'll bet you loved being home and the clean snow. There are still pictures to take in Casa though and I love looking at your life there. Some awful stomach flu put me out for a while, but I'm anxious to take my new Canon EOS out for a spin.

    Huge Hugs,
    Linda
